In January, I urgently needed a heating expert at a bad time. The previous majority-very-positive reviews didn't let me down. In fact, I was more than blown away by the professional, responsive, attentive, and yes, kind way that Palomino operates. Problem solved. In early February, another urgent matter sprang up, again at a bad time. This second experience was exactly the same, and thank heavens it turned out to be a simple problem. However, the great worry and stress it would have caused were eliminated quickly, thanks to Palomino. I wholeheartedly sing the praises of this company, and I feel lucky to rely on them.

Jose was incredible, our furnace was out and he showed up within 1 hour of me calling on a Saturday morning, job done in less than 10 minutes. I will be recommending him to all of my friends for all HVAC needs!
