Diego is the man, very genuine and truly a quality contractor, my central unit stop working he came out the same day told me exactly what the issue was, he replaced the blower motor he showed me all his work throughout the process and even discover the problem which he fixed. I found Promen because they are a sponsor of my son's soccer team (Thank you for supporting the community!) When my central AC unit stopped cooling, I immediately thought to contact them and looked them up online. I called at 7:45am and left a message and the owner called me back within 15 minutes, and within the hour there was a tech at my house. It is now 9:30am and my AC unit is cooling! The owner and his team are professional, responsive, and pricing is fair and affordable! I could not be happier. Highly recommend using Promen for your HVAC needs.

After being not only overcharged for snaking a line due to water in the basement, because the pipe from the house to the street was not properly taken care of, additional water and sewage flowed in the basement.I contacted Promen who came immediately and properly completed the job and alleviated the problem at a quarter of the price I initially paid the first plumber. I can’t thank Diego, the owner, enough for coming so quickly and doing the proper job for a reasonable price.I would absolutely recommend him.
