Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It’s evident he really cares for his clients, their property and to his work. His heart is really in it to help his customers. It turns out My leak issue was more of a plumber problem but he was in my home for many hours until he did everything he could in locating the area of leak. The leak was in a very difficult area. He taught me how to turn off the leak for now because I had buckets catching water and it still wasn’t enough because there was so much water. “Called them on a holiday weekend because it was 25’ outside and woke up to no heat. Out of 3 companies I called, they were the only ones who responded and could come same day. Basically needed a new furnace & boiler, and they kindly pointed out some major issues with how the people who flipped the house I bought cut corners and left us with major fire hazards. It was a little jarring but the guys handled it like pros and explained it down to the level that I could understand.The guys who actually did the work were pleasant, professional, communicated effectively, and cleaned up after themselves (sounds like common sense, but if you’ve ever had work done in your house, you know what I mean). They were really just respectful of our home and our space and treated it as if it were their own.One of the owners also worked directly with me on pricing and options, given the various incentives through the gas company- he was well versed in the incentives that the gas company would provide and also completed all the paperwork so I didn’t even have to deal with them at all. No sitting on hold or filling out it documents- they did all of that for me. Also provided me guidance that the equipment would qualify for federal tax credits for next year. I also called their office multiple times and was immediately put through to someone who could actually answer all of my questions. So it really was a holistic service that they provided, definitely far above and beyond what I’ve ever received from any contractor or specialized service provider.Hope to never need HVAC help again, but if I do, I know who to call.“

“I am extremely pleased with the professional quality of work that Marcos of Northern Jersey Plumbing performed on my older house. Marcos is an excellent plumber who works diligently and efficiently. He replaced two leaking older toilets (1 had the water tank bolted to the wall from 1966) & leaking kitchen sink pipes. He is dependable as he arrived on time with all the materials needed for the job. Plus he is extremely polite and cares about his work and his customers. I could not be any happier.Marcos was the 5th plumber I had contacted for the leaky toilet where the tank was bolted to the wall. The first plumber was paid to "patch" the pipe with cement and was supposed to bring a replacement toilet. That repair only lasted a few weeks and the original plumber never came back to replace the toilet even after I called to say the pipe was leaking again. The second plumber mentioned that he had never seen an older toilet bolted to the wall before but could replace it and then did not show up for the appointment. A 3rd plumber showed up to fix the leak and replace the toilet. He measured and said he would return with a replacement toilet once he found one small enough to fit the tight space it was in and didn't bother to fix the leak and never returned or answered my calls. The 4th plumber never returned my call. I mention this because these plumbers were all recommended to me by friends and it has been a long and difficult process to find someone willing to work on a small job in an older house.When I called Marcos, I explained the situation to him and he was happy to help. He showed up on time and was extremely resourceful. He measured the area and called his supplier and found a replacement toilet while on the phone in less than 2 minutes. The replacement toilet is a small average size toilet that did not need to be special ordered. Marcos came back the next day and fixed everything. I will definitely be calling him again for all future work!“

Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! Jacob was great to work with and explained everything to me very clearly, thank you for all your hard work!!“
