After being away from home for 1 week, my wife and I returned home on Saturday, 8/24/24 only to find that our air conditioning system was not working. I immediately called Reiner Group Inc and received a call back from the on-call serviceman, Ken, who arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. My a/c compressor needed to be replaced and he also recommended that the air handler be replaced because of its age. He said he would refer the problem to Rich Sellitto, HVAC Engineer. Reiner has always been reliable, professional & personable from yearly maintenance to major installs. After a major HVAC install a month ago, Reiner sent Martin B to complete diagnostic on the entire system. Martin was thorough & informative, explaining what he was doing during each step. Martin was extremely professional& personable.
