“We’ve been bringing our 11-year-old son here for over a year, and we couldn’t be happier with the growth we’ve seen in him. He has gotten noticeably stronger and more confident, not only physically but as an athlete.
Ryan and Tyler are amazing trainers. They keep an open line of communication with us, genuinely care about his progress, and always push him to be the best version of himself. Even though he’s one of the younger athletes, they know how to connect with him and motivate him in a way that is appropriate for his age and skill level.
We’ve seen consistent improvement in his strength, confidence, work ethic, and overall athletic ability. Most importantly, he actually enjoys going and looks forward to his workouts. We’re so happy we found this gym and couldn’t recommend Ryan and Tyler more!”
“Great place to work out, the trainers are exceptional and they are there to make you successful with your goals”
