It has been over a year since my wife and I, both seniors, first began training with Joe. It's hard to overstate just how positive our experience has been. Joe has reliably come to our home twice per week for training sessions, and the results have been remarkable. We've seen significant improvements in strength, balance, endurance, mood, and weight maintenance.

I am the Recreation Specialist at Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center and our participants love JoeKaratePro! His classes are tailored to all fitness levels, are actively engaging. Joe creates an environment that is fun, nonjudgmental and encourages all to participate to the best of their ability. I highly recommend JoeKaratePro classes for all age groups, especially Seniors. Classes work on balance, footwork and core strengthening to prevent falls and injury. The classes are an asset to our diverse programming!

My husband and I, seniors, had our first session with Joel today. He was excellent! He made the workout rigorous, but a lot of fun. He did not dumb down the work-out because we are seniors, which motivated us to work beyond what we thought we could. He also took time to assess our strengths and weaknesses in order to develop an individualized plan and he spent time explaining and educating. He’s got what it takes to be a good trainer! πŸ‘
