“Not the biggest gym, but has all the essentials (especially a sauna). Never really seen it packed, even during rush hour. Some of the bigger corporate gyms are so packed during peak times it can be discouraging to go to the gym. Nice cozy feeling inside. Support these guys, they’ve been doing it for over 30 years and they’re doing it well!”

I wanted to focus on increasing weights, working on my form, and having some guidance too. Jared and Zach are both amazing coaches - it’s like having personal trainers! They always greet you when you walk in, the hour session is a maximum of 7 people (so never feels crowded), and they are there to assist you when you want it. I highly recommend G-strength to anyone looking to improve their strength and want a welcoming and encouraging space to do so!”
