Had a tour of the gym. It’s everything I need in a gym. From the turf section, to the pool, and sauna, the staff is friendly and gives good advice. Definitely come check it out if you’re on the fence you won’t regret it.

My trainer Nigel was a 10/10. He is very attentive, understanding, and easy to talk to. My sister and I trained with him for 8 months and he made us feel comfortable, from day one he was always very respectful and professional. There wasn't a single session where we weren't laughing. He is a key part of this establishment. Overall, the entire staff is very professional and helpful, they always make my sister and me feel comfortable.

Post spinal surgeries I need a trainer who could focus on my needs. My trainer is Nigel at LaFitness, Rock Hill Dr. , Bensalem. He created and modifies the plan specifically for me. He is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ trainer.
