Not the biggest gym, but has all the essentials (especially a sauna). Never really seen it packed, even during rush hour. Some of the bigger corporate gyms are so packed during peak times it can be discouraging to go to the gym. Nice cozy feeling inside. Support these guys, they’ve been doing it for over 30 years and they’re doing it well!

Awesome if you don’t want the crowd you’d find at commercial gyms.Squirt bottle and towel, every few steps to clean the equipment after use.Everyone’s friendly.They have a sauna! (I’ve yet to use it)Only way this place will get under five stars is if someone tells me to be quiet while lifting lol.

This is my home gym. It isn't big, but that is what gives it its homely and welcoming feeling. I have been hit and miss with the gym, but every time I do find my way back, the same love is there. Mike the trainer is there transforming people, so if you're ready, sign up!
