Awesome if you don’t want the crowd you’d find at commercial gyms.Squirt bottle and towel, every few steps to clean the equipment after use.Everyone’s friendly.They have a sauna! (I’ve yet to use it)Only way this place will get under five stars is if someone tells me to be quiet while lifting lol.

This is my home gym. It isn't big, but that is what gives it its homely and welcoming feeling. I have been hit and miss with the gym, but every time I do find my way back, the same love is there. Mike the trainer is there transforming people, so if you're ready, sign up!

Thank you so much to Riverton Health & Fitness Center for letting Palmyra Panthers Pop Warner Cheer use their space throughout the years. We had our end of year pizza party there tonight and they were super accommodating! Jason and his staff are always so supportive of our organization and we appreciate it so much!
