Jake, the Funeral Director, arrived early that morning to pick up her body. From the very first moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He was compassionate, thoughtful, and treated our mom with dignity and respect.

The facilities are excellent—warm, clean, and comforting—with coffee and tea available. The website also offered a beautiful tribute wall where people could leave messages, plant a tree in Mom’s honor, or send flowers. There were monitors to play family videos and show photos, and quiet spaces where we could sit, talk, grieve, and share memories of Mom.

I wish I could give a higher rating than five stars. Please don’t go anywhere else. Trust Jake and his team with your loved one—I’m so grateful we did.“

He provided us an afterlife checklist to help with financial like how to contact Social Security. The whole staff was accommodating and communication was great. They also work with great retired pastor that proceeded over the service as well if you need someone. pastor Elaine Burket an awesome person to work with.
