“We are very satisfied with the service provided by Edwards Funeral Chapel. This was the first death in our family, and we had no idea how to handle everything. Jack, the Funeral Director explained the entire process to us with great patience and assisted us with all the arrangements step by step.
Our family is Polish, and he was very understanding and respectful of our traditions and needs. Everything was handled with the highest level of dignity, compassion, and professionalism. During such a difficult time, their support meant more to us than words can express.
The burial was in Pennsylvania, over a 2-hour drive away, and everything was coordinated with the church there smoothly and respectfully. Josh, the driver, was extremely professional and respectful, guiding our family step by step throughout the process and making sure everything went properly.
Compared to some other funeral homes we looked at, their pricing was also very reasonable for such a high-quality level of service and care.
The funeral home itself is also beautifully done inside — very clean, welcoming, and recently renovated, which created a peaceful and comforting atmosphere for our family and guests.
