I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jodi and Santiago. I had never had to make funeral arrangements for anyone before, and having to do so for my beloved Grandma was one of the most difficult things I have ever experienced.

They truly understood our family, showed us endless compassion, and handled every detail with care and respect. Thank you Jodi and Santiago for making a trying time less stressful than it had to be. She facilitated the necessary paperwork, asked the questions we did not think of and made the connections needed on our behalf. Their place was clean, spacious and private since they held one wake at a time. They helped setup for refreshments and everything. Everybody complimented Mom’s preparation and were absolutely amazed that she just seemed so natural and “just asleep”. Even at church she smoothly coached our ushers in and out of place.
