No words can express my heartfelt thanks to Nick and his staff at Vander Platt. Dealing with tremendous grief that comes with the loss of a mother and handling the final arrangements can be overwhelming. But with Nick's assistance it was bearable. They truly go the extra mile with fine details and lessened the burden of our loss. I am so grateful to you ALL for the comfort you provided. Our family could not have been more satisfied with the personalized care our family was given by Nick as well as the staff . They were able to walk us through a very difficult time making arrangements for our Father. They answered and supported us every step of the way. I would describe their work as flawless, compassionate and kind.
My dad passed suddenly last May. I can't thank Nick and his associates enough for all of their help and compassion. I had no idea what to do and I am so glad I contacted them, they made everything so much easier during a really tough time, and most definitely went over and above with some issues we had with my dad's death certificate.
