“After I received a call from a tenant that they have a mouse that is now residing in their apartment, I looked up an exterminator online in Brooklyn trying to locate one that was competent and reasonable and OnGuard Pest Control had a ton of positive 5 star reviews. So I decided to try them out, since in my experience, other services from a few other places in the past really didn’t address problems long term and I wanted to try someone new for this job. I contacted them online and explained the situation. Kim reached out and she scheduled an appointment for a tech to go there at my tenants convenience, and I set up an account online to monitor things. My tenant said this service is the best one yet. The tech came down, thoroughly searched for all access points and clogged each one up, laid baits and traps, and will do a follow up visit in a couple weeks to ensure success. I put my payment info online and Kim said that when service is completed, they will deduct accordingly. It’s great that I also have online access to a detailed report of what was done and the invoice as well. Pretty cool. I will be using them again for myself as well as other tenants that report any pest problems. OnGuard and their staff are professional and honorable and stress free and I appreciate that very much. I’m very impressed, and understand why they have so many 5 star reviews.“
