The gentlemen that came was amazing!!! Very respectful, diligent, and examined the property to see where my creepy crawlys were living!! He also took him time, alittle over an hour in my 3 family house!! Would recommend him to everyone I know!!
The service was excellent. Nicolo gave me a reasonable estimate. The next day they were on the premise exterminating all rooms. The pest issue is now resolved I am glad I chose Empire Exterminators Nicolo and his team did a great job.
Had rodent problems in the apartment we live in for years, and had many exterminators come all of them ended up failing at stopping the rodents from coming in. All of them except Empire Exterminators. Nicolo has been so helpful since he first came to inspect our home months ago. he thoroughly inspected our apartment and covered any holes he found, provided many different traps and most importantly found the location where these rodents were entering from and implemented a fix that is still going strong today. Hes always responsive to phone calls, and if we need anything he visits the same day we call. He has been back to our apartment a bunch of times to just check up...read full review
