Thanks Thomas! His friendly demeanor and customer service was amazing. The way he answered all Mackenzie’s questions was a true demonstration to his professionalism and commitment.
Jonathan is wonderful. He knows my home and takes care of all my bug issues. He gives advice as to what was working and what we can do to solve new issues. Nice guy too!Of note:We have cats and they get locked up while he works and an hour after.
The Excel team is great to work with. Thomas has been very courteous and thorough in keeping me informed of the status of my property and making sure the pest control program stays on track.
