We still don’t know where these little bed buggers came from but Luis saved the day!! My husband and I were getting bitten like crazy. I called and spoke directly with Luis. He is super sweet and very professional!! He came in and actually did my whole house. Two bedrooms, sofas in tv room, other furniture and chairs. Luis even rolled up my blankets and quilts for me and put them in plastic bags so I could wash them. Very neat and very clean! He was in my house for an hour all alone and in my bedroom and I trusted him completely!He just came back to retreat as part of the agreement. My apartment had a bad bedbug infestation. I called for help and Luis Pantaleon responded. I could not have asked for better. He came more than once. He took time to explain what he was doing. His manner was very warm, friendly, and reassuring. And he was highly competent! At first he reduced the number of bedbugs and later got rid of them altogether. He knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone with this problem. You have a good, good man in Luis—and he will be sure to do what is needed to get rid of the infestation.
