Luis and his team helped me when I was feeling panicked. Took the time to look at photos to identify my problem. Had one of his workers come out the next day to address my issue. After my guarantee expired, months later, Luis also took the time to look at new photos of a bug, and sent to an entomologist to assure me I did not have an issue. Really appreciate his responsiveness and caring for his customers.
Although I didn’t end up having the problem that I initially thought I had (which would’ve required an exterminator) - my sincere thanks to Luis for his honesty and integrity. He was very kind and helped walk me through my scenario and explained things which alleviated my concerns. I’m so grateful, thanks again. It can be overwhelming choosing a professional service company for your home but I would definitely recommend patronizing this local business.
