Santiago was amazing. After calling a number of companies, he was the only one who could come out the same day and confirm we had raccoons in our attic. He showed up quickly, was super easy to work with, and when the raccoon was finally caught, he came back within 20 minutes of me calling him. What really stood out is that he went the extra mile by finding the baby and making sure they were released together. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. I’m so glad we found him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with unexpected visitors in their home :)
