Mark was great! Scheduling went smoothly- he came within the time window promised and texted ahead of time to let us know he was on his way! He was very personable & knowledgeable, and took his time to go above and beyond - finding 2 more wasps nests we didn't even realize we had! We would highly recommend him & his company to anyone in need of exterminating services! Affordable pricing, didn't try to up-sell you on anything- just genuine, honest, good work! Mark came out on a Sunday in the rain to address the bee problem I had under a bedroom window. His pricing is fair. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mark and Busy Bee.
