“We still don’t know where these little bed buggers came from but Luis saved the day!! My husband and I were getting bitten like crazy. I called and spoke directly with Luis. He is super sweet and very professional!! He came in and actually did my whole house. Two bedrooms, sofas in tv room, other furniture and chairs. Luis even rolled up my blankets and quilts for me and put them in plastic bags so I could wash them. Very neat and very clean! He was in my house for an hour all alone and in my bedroom and I trusted him completely!He just came back to retreat as part of the agreement. He was very thorough and was looking out for my interests. Something that really should be valued for someone buying a home. You really do need to know what's going on for the biggest purchase you are ever going to make.I had a pest inspection for a home in Jersey City that I was looking to buy, 395 Woodlawn Avenue. Well aside from all the other issues with the building (that were making us want to walk already) we were able to determine the presence of two different types of roaches, mice, and worst of all termite damage. Couldn't run fast enough.Jack was able to come up with suggestions on how to deal with the pest issues moving forward. We were really thankful we did the pest inspection before buying the house. Post 2nd service, we have a 45 day guarantee and can call back to schedule another service if mouse problems persist. Steven the technician was great both visits and was very thorough. He went into our crawl spaces, basement, kitchen, and under our house to find and cover any holes with foam and/or wire mesh. He set traps and poison, and collected dead mice the second time around.
