Very knowledgeable and competent staff. Always courteous and timely. A pleasure to deal with them, and they get the job done properly. 20 years ago I bought a 70 year old house with termites nests both in front and back, by the second season after treatment they had gone, so far never to return. Likewise the mice problems. They come periodically to spray inside and out, and except the occasional spider or basement dwelling centipede I have had no pests.
Bug Runner has great prices for great service. They have great availability when you have an issue and they always call ahead and leave a note after regular services. On top of routine maintenance and termite checks, Bug Runner has come out and saved us from two aggressive bee colonies our backyard and stopped an indoor cricket invasion with one treatment. Came on time. They sprayed the two areas that had wasps. Gave some helpful advice and def did a thorough job.Even about a week later when we saw some activity still at one of the sites, they came back no problem. Would highly recommendService: Hornet & wasp extermination
