Jake, the Funeral Director, arrived early that morning to pick up her body. From the very first moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He was compassionate, thoughtful, and treated our mom with dignity and respect.

Later that day, Jake met with me and my siblings to make the arrangements. He gently guided us through the process without any pressure. Together, we chose the casket and cards that we knew Mom would have been happy with.

When the time came for the wake, Jake and his staff welcomed our family, friends, and colleagues with the utmost care and respect. This is clearly a family-run business, and their dedication shows in everything they do.

The facilities are excellent—warm, clean, and comforting—with coffee and tea available. The website also offered a beautiful tribute wall where people could leave messages, plant a tree in Mom’s honor, or send flowers. There were monitors to play family videos and show photos, and quiet spaces where we could sit, talk, grieve, and share memories of Mom.

I wish I could give a higher rating than five stars. Please don’t go anywhere else. Trust Jake and his team with your loved one—I’m so grateful we did.“
