“I reached out to Rob in the morning, and a few hours later he was at my house. He said it would be installed on Friday. It was installed on Friday.
Rob's crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they quickly removed the old unit. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong unit from the distributor, and ultimately one of Rob's crew went and picked up the correct units to complete the job. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and an overall great experience.“

“It’s never a good sign when you are adjusting the temperature in your shower with a single handle and it comes off in your hand. The bathroom in our 110 year old house was “updated” in the 1950’s. A 7am call to AA Plumbing and Heating was answered with a visit by 8am the same day. A tireless search by Maddy for a replacement part resulted in a cost effective solution to what could have been a much more expensive replacement unit.A recent install of a new faucet made for a perfect match!The entire AA Plumbing team is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable of all things related to plumbing and heating. “Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

“I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest.
