“I had a situation where for a number if years I was relying on a friend of a family member to give my boiler an annual inspection. Unfortunately nothing was actually being checked. Recently, I noticed that one of the zones was not delivering heat and there was some leaking of water in the utility room. When the repair was being effected, it turned out that there were some serious hidden issues in the system. “Where do I begin. Eric and Robbie were exceptional- from timeliness and professionalism to friendliness and thoroughness, I just can’t give enough praise. We hired RJP to install a Kholer kitchen faucet with a motion sensor along with drainage, connect a dishwasher, and connect a range. The work was impeccable, not just super clean work, but also cleanliness, they left my kitchen as if no one had been there. My partner is ocd and he bonded with Eric over how perfect everything has to be and that’s how the work was. Eric even went over basic care and maintenance and the dos and don’ts. I hope we won’t need a plumber soon, if we do, it will be RJP who we call.“
