I have been in the remodeling business for 40 plus years and have used many HVAC companies. Atlas Air is by far the best I have ever had the experience to work with.When we have recommended them to our clients, the sales rep Bryan Adams has been excellent. His response and interest in the clients needs has really impressed me.I was very impressed because one of the owners, Kevin himself got on the phone with me to discuss a minor problem we had when we lost the heat in our showroom. My first experience with Atlas was 6 years ago after moving to Rockland County. They have been my go to for my A/C and heating system, each time they have been very professional and courteous.This morning I woke to a freezing house! Made a call at 7am before their operational hours. I was greeted by very pleasant personal and within minutes received a callback from service. Explaining the situation and hectic day ahead they worked their magic and my furnace was running and heat was on before I had to leave for the day. After returning from warm Miami just a week ago, came home to find my heat wasn’t working. Atlas was recommended to us and they were at my house to check it out within an hour. I was given a 3 time window and they came immediately, especially after hearing we have a 4 year old. After finding out that we needed a whole new HVAC system on a Friday - they immediately scheduled the job to be done first thing in the morning Monday. They also came back with 5 space heaters for us to use to get us through the cold weekend. They also explained to us in great detail what the issues were.
