My wife and I have been using Atlas Air Masters since we bought our condo 3 years ago. They came highly recommended by other residents who live in our complex. We started having an issue with our HVAC system, where it wouldn't turn off and go into standby mode and we couldn't shut the HVAC off either. The blower just kept running. We contacted Atlas and spoke with Eric. We explained the issues and he came out to diagnose what the issue might be. It turns out that it was our blower. This company is the only company that bothered to call back. I understand that during the July 4th week it was brutal hot over 100 degrees daily… AC capacitor blew out but didn’t know until I tried to fix it myself. As expected there were so many people calling in with problems, but yet Kevin was the only one that answered my phone call and then promptly called me back. This is a company where Customer Service is a priority and will give any future work to this company.
Amazing company! They were able to replace our ac/heating unit that suddenly stopped working in less than 48 hours. The team was prompt and efficient, and they left the area in good condition. Sean was friendly, informative, and really came through for us. Prices were reasonable and straightforward. Atlas Air is definitely our go-to company for HVAC maintenance now.
