Brendan was fantastic! He communicated clearly at every step in the process. Quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. Estimated cost and clearly explained what might make the final cost higher in the end (and his estimate was correct.). AND…he was professional and respectful of my home and family in every way. Our kitchen faucet had a clog that was somewhere behind our wall. The technician was able to come quickly, on a Sunday, and fix our problem. Overall very friendly service and technician who was able to solve our problem quickly and effectively.
I placed a call and requested service on my toilet the same day. I received prompt service appointment confirmation and Brandon who came by was helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew how to fix the issues with my toilet. I would utilize Roto-Rooter again.
