I hired Kyle and his team to look at a toilet that was leaking around the base. I was initially really concerned that it was going to turn into a costly, major repair.
Kyle inspected everything and put my mind right at ease—the fix was straightforward, and the replacement part turned out to be far less serious than what I had feared. He and his crew were extremely responsive to my situation, arrived promptly, and charged a very reasonable rate.
I’m so relieved by their honesty and professionalism that I’m already planning to have them back to service my HVAC unit. 5 stars all the way!
Great experience from start to finish. Kyle has done plumbing throughout our house from running piping (throughout a complete renovation of the entire house) to a new water heater to installation of toilets and faucets (inside and out). Kyle has always been professional, responsive, polite, and reasonably priced. Kyle is an absolute lifesaver and a true master of his craft!
He came to our house to fix a clogged kitchen drain and completed the entire job in just 15 minutes. To put that into perspective, the last plumber we hired took nearly four hours for the exact same issue! Not only is Kyle incredibly efficient, but he is also exceptionally fair and honest with his pricing—charging just over $300 compared to the $600+ we were quoted previously.
