“1/25/26 - after Sunday snow storm, we woke up with no heat. My husband called several companies at 8am Sunday morning and no one answered. When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes! They were here with a large team and installed the new system, they were professional, efficient and did a great clean up job when finished. Tony called in advance and arrived in a timely manner. He investigated the problem (a clogged drain system which had backed up into the basement), suggested a plan and explained the cost. He proceeded with the work and was thorough and kept me apprised of the progress. He cleared my drain, snaking via the sewer cleanout and then fished his camera through the whole system to confirm everything was in proper order. I would call Tony again with any plumbing need!“

Burgo team came out to inspect, got me a quote, and had an offset sewer pipe repaired… all in the middle of a cold snap! The guys were great, really good communication, and pricing was reasonable. I wouldn’t have faulted them if they weren’t able to tackle the project for it being too cold but they were able to make it happen and I’m so impressed!! “We used Filan & Conner for installation of two toilets. They were actually early in arriving, they took great care in removing the old toilets and installing the new ones, and the work was neat and professional. We then used them for installation of a garbage disposal, and that was also a great job. I was very impressed by the care the installer used in keeping the house clean. I'd use them for any of the services they offer!

We also used them in 2025 for another toilet, and we were very pleased with the promptness of the arrival, their care in keeping things clean, and the work they did. They're our go-to plumbing people!“
