“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

“When the AC went down for my business I call Professor Gatsby. I had been working on getting an estimate for replacing my heater and possibly AC though the PSE&G/NJGW Rebate programs.
The Service Technician Sean came as scheduled and quickly diagnosed my problem. A part needed to be ordered, which fortunately came in the next day. Sean returned and completed the repair.
During both visits Sean thoroughly went over all of my repair options. He made sure that I understood clearly all of those options and their costs. The over all repair experience went well and I would highly recommend Sean and his company Professor Gatsby.“

“I noticed a small leak on the old pipe attached to my new water heater (which was also installed by Plumbing Pals). I called and they were able to send out someone quickly. Anthony & John came out today and were courteous and professional. I was probably annoying them because we had JUST replaced the basement floors the night before and I REALLY was worried about getting water on the floor. However, they we very understanding and receptive to my concerns. They fixed the pipe quickly and were in&out in no time at all. “I would recommend Fante’s.
My garbage disposal created a small lake under my kitchen sink and I knew I needed a plumber. Not having a regular plumber, I called Fante’s based on reviews and always seeing their trucks/vans in and around my neighborhood. When the guys came, they respectfully put shoe covers on and confirmed it was a broken disposal. They quickly replaced it without any issues.
I appreciated their professionalism and would definitely call them again. I would confidently refer to them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Update: The new disposal stopped working after a month but Ryan came out and replaced it with no hassle at all. He was extremely personable and professional.
Sometimes these things happen, a reputable company like Fante’s will come right away and replace it…..not so sure the same would happen with a lesser company.
