When I set up the appointment, I knew I called the right place. They kept me updated on the plumbers arrival, and to my pleasant surprise, sent a text "introducing" me to the person coming to my house. Jim was amazing. He walked us patiently through the entire issue, and not only fixed it, but gave us some tips on refilling the built in soap dispenser that we weren't doing correctly! I will recommend them over and over. Oh! and a gift bag full of fun items was left as well!!
We are in the process of having our full bath turned into a walk in shower.I have full confidence in the company.Everyone that I have been in contact with have been competent, friendly, on-time and always clean up. Called around 9:30a to request a shower faucet/cartridge replacement. Advised they would be able send a plumber out between 11-1 on the same day. Plumber showed up at 11 and resolved the issue within 15-20 mins. Excellent/efficient service.
