I’ve used other companies in the past and always felt like I was being overpriced or scammed in some form. Then I started using Len a few years ago for different repairs and have always been extremely satisfied. They were quick to schedule, honest, friendly and professional! Last month Josh Howe did an amazing job fixing and outdoor faucet and water issue. We actually requested him for today’s bathroom project which involved wall and tile cut outs for new piping and faucet installation. Everything was completed to satisfaction and cleaned up without any mess. Definitely will use for the next project and highly recommend!
I needed a toilet replacement, and it was replaced by Demetrius who was very professional. Unfortunately, the toilet available by the Len the Plumber was ADA height and was not aware this. After the install, it was apparent that toilet was too high. I got in touch with customer service and fixture was replaced at no charge. I appreciated that it was resolved with minimal effort from customer point of view. It’s never about the problem, it’s how a company handles the problem. Thank you for taking care of your patrons!
I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. Although I believe the overall price was too expensive. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the issue, answered all of my questions, and completed the work efficiently. It’s refreshing to have someone who is not only skilled but also courteous and respectful of my home. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!
