“Diagnostic of the leak could have been done better. The toilet leak was not detected during the first visit. Bathtub p trap was replaced to eliminate the leak but the plumber came back to reset the toilet because it was leaking as well. Obviously it caused extra money for coming back“

This company is very responsive and was able to send a plumber the day after I called; the only downside was that the first repair did not entirely resolve the issue so I had to call again and it was determined that the entire appliance needed to be replaced. However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“

I do need someone to return to seal the opening on the wall into the where the pipes are behind that opening...

The opening will let moisture inside the wall and rust those pipes behind that opening....

This moisture will affect those pipes.....
