“Our AO Smith tankless hot water heater stopped working. We had a hard time getting hold of a plumber, even though we tried several & let messages. Two were kind enough to call us back. Of the two that called, they suggested replacing parts to replacing the whole unit. We asked for quotes on both, but never received any additional information. They completed installation with in hours, removed our old unit and cleaned up all things related to the job.
