Our AO Smith tankless hot water heater stopped working. We had a hard time getting hold of a plumber, even though we tried several & let messages. Two were kind enough to call us back. Of the two that called, they suggested replacing parts to replacing the whole unit. We asked for quotes on both, but never received any additional information. We ended up chasing both plumbers for these quotes, as we had already paid a service fee for them to come out. Priced new sewer lines from house to street. Steve came in with hands down the best price & response time. Free estimate on a Friday job started by following Tues. 2 man team, but powerhouse. So neat, clean, safe guarded my lawn, gardens & pavers. Took care of permit, job was done in record time. Yards were cleaned up as if they were never her. They backfilled, and put my sod perfectly back in place. Gentlemen were polite & professional, answered all my concerns.
