J&B Plumbing is my go-to tech for all my cooling, heating and plumbing needs. Communication, quality of service and cost is extremely reasonable. Paul and his team are pros in this industry and treat you well. They treat your home like their own home and I could not be happier.
Paul is really great. Our air conditioning conked out on the hottest day, and a holiday too. we called Paul and he arrived within an hour. He quickly figured out the problem and had the parts on hand to fix it. The A/C was back to normal in no time. We would not hesitate to call Paul again!!
When I called Paul about our AC unit that stopped working in this miserable heat wave, I wasn’t too hopeful that the outcome would be one I was too happy about, let alone that he would come out the very next morning since it was also a holiday weekend! But he was there bright and early, he explained all of our options , not only fixed our unit but also serviced the other unit as well. I should also mention that I had a quote from someone the day before that was not at all in the same range!
