From our initial call Mr Rooter and company were very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about James he throughly explained every step he went through and how he was remedying the situation. Matt his manager came as well and explained our next steps and options. Nobody likes having a plumbing issue but if you do these guys should be your first call!
Joe was great he came back 6 months later under warranty. He found the problem was a root mass obstructing the sewer drain. When I called my coverage company he was an advocate for me. He explained and helped the argument that the drain was clear of water but the clog would happen again and needed to be repaired.Thanks for great service Joe
Joe was awesome. He explained the process that he needed to complete to identify the issue. He was able to identify the issue. He showed it to me on the camera and showed how the pipe was not in great shape which we figured since it is old. He was upfront and honest about what the best course would be going forward to identify the problem areas via a follow up camera location appointment. Once the problem areas are uncovered further he explained the repairs that would best suited for the potential issue. Once we figure out when to do that, I would request that Joe comes back for that camera location appointment and repairs as he is clearly knowledgeable and honest...read full review
