One satisfied customer expressed their gratitude to Sal and 2 Masters Plumbing for their help with a leaking water heater. Sal took his time to help the customer find the main water valve and drained the leaky water heater, preventing any further damage to the basement. The next day, the company returned and replaced the water heater tank.
Another customer was intimidated by a plumbing issue as a new homeowner, but Sal quickly arrived and took the time to explain the problem and offer multiple options to fix it. Sal also fixed the customer's kitchen sink and toilet, carefully explaining the process and walking them through it.
