I have roots inside the sewer line.Pipe Works sent one of his reps called Mike. He was very professional and knowledgeable; also very polite and arrived before time. He took a considerable amount of time to explain all the complexities of the issue, he offered several options at different prices and detailed all the pros and cons of each one of the alternatives.He also discussed all the available financing possibilities.I am still asking for different quotes but most likely will work with this company. Zach is great very knowledgeable, honest and a nice person. Perry great salesman explains everything and writes everything down measures everything twice and was a service mechanic so he knew what the problems would be when service men come to install new furnace

The call was answered in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and well mannered as well as knowledgeable. Even though they didn’t wind up doing the work at our home I would call them again or have them back.
