Kay did an excellent job cleaning my mini-split ductless system. They were professional, thorough, and the quality of the work was great.
The only concern was the arrival time. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but the technicians didn’t arrive until nearly four hours later. During that time, I had to call the company several times for updates. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but a courtesy call to let me know they were running behind and to provide an updated arrival time would have been appreciated. Better communication would have made the overall experience much smoother.
