I’ve been a Meyer & Depew customer for more than ten years. I am extremely satisfied with their, affordable, preventative maintenance plan. I have never experienced any problems with my HVAC equipment since I chose to use their service. In addition, their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, professional and courteous.The technician that performed my preseason service today, Christian, demonstrated all of the characteristics listed above. He left his work area clean and wore shoe coverings to protect my floors from the rain. Christian was thorough and highly professional during his service visit this morning. He made recommendations to improve on the efficiency of our system, and he clearly explained the technical information in a way that was easy to understand. Although the problem wasn't resolved due to time constraints, Christian made progress on the issue and did a great job explaining the issue to me.Cristian (different tech) came to complete the job. The problem of heat not reaching the third floor is resolved. From the schedulers to the technicians everyone I spoke with was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Meyer and Depew.
