Kevin of Matrix is phenomenal! I say he’s a miracle worker! He knows his stuff. After a few years of me having regular service with a “bigger name HVAC company” which never fixed the problem and ultimately told me my unit (which they installed less than 4 years earlier) needed to be replaced to the tune of $8,000+ (after charging me several hundred dollars for each repair visit over the course of 18 months, never fixed anything), I called Kevin of Matrix. He came promptly when he said he would, asked lots of questions, and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the solution and set up a two step service to correct the problem. I had a major problem with my boiler system controls - 4 thermostats/zones. Kevin performed extensive diagnostics and completely rewired the spaghetti like mess and installed a new control panel, plus new thermostats. Incredible job working well!
Kevin is amazing! He installed our air conditioning in our home which is over 100 years old and it has been working beautifully. We had one issue 7 years later and he came out immediately and fixed it during a thunderstorm. And then checked in with us Days later to be sure that it was still working well. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and matrix heating and cooling.
