We talked over options and settled on a small upgrade to my existing water heater. He arrived within an hour, came prepared with the replacement hot water heater, and swapped it out no issues. Burgo team came out to inspect, got me a quote, and had an offset sewer pipe repaired… all in the middle of a cold snap! The guys were great, really good communication, and pricing was reasonable. I wouldn’t have faulted them if they weren’t able to tackle the project for it being too cold but they were able to make it happen and I’m so impressed!! When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes!
