They fixed a complicated tub leaking faucet, an outside hose faucet, and replaced the pipe that connects our kitchen sink to the outside. Hopefully we won't need any more plumbers, but if we do they will be our first and only call.”

“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.<br>Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.<br><br>They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. It’s things like this that make me confident that i can put my trust in this company.<br><br>Amazing work across the board!<br><br>Edit: i rehired Zac and Brandon for another job, to fix my backyard drain that was flooding and clogging constantly, and as usual, they did an amazing job, were kind and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. “Excellent service! The technician came out because our AC wasn’t cooling properly. It turned out to be something very simple—the breaker had been turned off during our renovations. He checked everything, explained that the system was working properly, and even took the time to explain the difference between the supply vents and return registers. “My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working, which was stressing me out. I'm not sure about the advertised 24-hour availability. When I booked online, there weren't availabilities until the next week, and i didn't get a reply when I left a message over the phone. To be fair, it was during the July 4th holiday. After thinking about it, I decided not to take a star off, because they were so prompt. My time slot was 8 to 10:00 a.m., i received a text message and the repairman arrived right around 8:00.<br><br>He was courteous, professional, and he wore booties inside the house. He explained the whole process for me , and answered all my inexperienced questions. It turns out it would be better to replace the unit rather than fixing it, and he was up front about all the costs. Even showed me the coupons on the company website so that I could save some money. Overall, would definitely use their services again in the future.”
“I called Joe at 8 PM to tell him that my outside sewer line was clogged. Even though it was raining and dark out, Joe offered to come right over. I didn't want him or me to get wet, so we agreed on the next morning. Joe came out, saw the problem, told me what he was going to do, told me the cost without me asking (with a senior discount). He snaked the sewer line twice, we flushed the toilets successfully, he packed up his tools and wrote me up. ALL WITHIN A HALF HOUR. And he was so friendly, talking as if we had known each other for many years.”
