I had another great experience with Frank Russell Plumbing. Frank and his team came out yesterday to replace a water heater that was definitely on its last legs. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish.
What really stood out was that they took the time to explain the benefits of the new water heater compared to the old one, rather than just swapping it out and leaving. Later that evening, Frank even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working as expected and reminded me to register the new heater for its warranty. That kind of follow-up says a lot about how much he cares about his customers.
