Water Heater Installation/Repair near Huntingdon Valley

“I wrote a 5-star review 5 years ago, and I'm re-reviewing them because they continue to be excellent! We get preventative maintenance done, and I've always been happy with their service. Sasha who comes is always polite, knowledgeable, and explains things thoroughly. These past couple weeks we had to do a service call because there was a leak! Sasha came out and refilled the refrigerant, explained options if the lines froze again, and because the EPA has changed laws on what type of refrigerant you can use, we would have to change our air handler (utility room) and condenser (outdoor). I figured as much since a friend had to do the same thing, so I knew they weren't yanking my chain. Fast forward to the lines freezing again, service call in, lovely Paula setting up my appointment for me and telling me what to do in the meantime. The guys came within 3 days and it only took *that* long because they had to order the unit we chose. The install guys were here from 9:30 until 4:00 working their butts off; they laid tarps so they wouldn't track dirt, and they cleaned as they went. Just amazing. Triple A, 5 stars!“

“Had an emergency plumbing job done. First i called roto rooter and got the runaround. I called Goodman plumbing next and within a week my issue was solved in a procession manner at a great price.
Zac and Brandon not only fixed the issue, but several other smaller issues that were needed and cleaned up the space afterwards. The space actually looked cleaner than when they left. It’s nice to have people that are obviously good at their job, go above and beyond, and put care into their work.

They truly went above and beyond the call and i will 100% be using Goodman plumbing from here on out, I’ll also be requesting Zac and Brandon as they also were very kind to my extremely old cat, taking little moments to pet him as they passed by. It’s things like this that make me confident that i can put my trust in this company.

Edit: i rehired Zac and Brandon for another job, to fix my backyard drain that was flooding and clogging constantly, and as usual, they did an amazing job, were kind and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I will be requesting them for any more work i may have!“

He checked everything, explained that the system was working properly, and even took the time to explain the difference between the supply vents and return registers. “Very straightforward explanation of the work to be done, they had all the parts with them, and they were very courteous and careful about the animals in the house (We had to keep them out of the boiler room). It’s the best experience I’ve ever had with plumbers. I will definitely remember the name Mallard for any future Plumbing needs.“

“My garbage disposal suddenly stopped working, which was stressing me out. I'm not sure about the advertised 24-hour availability. When I booked online, there weren't availabilities until the next week, and i didn't get a reply when I left a message over the phone. To be fair, it was during the July 4th holiday. After thinking about it, I decided not to take a star off, because they were so prompt. My time slot was 8 to 10:00 a.m., i received a text message and the repairman arrived right around 8:00.

He was courteous, professional, and he wore booties inside the house. He explained the whole process for me , and answered all my inexperienced questions. It turns out it would be better to replace the unit rather than fixing it, and he was up front about all the costs. Even showed me the coupons on the company website so that I could save some money. Overall, would definitely use their services again in the future.“
