They are fair and professional. They have very competitive prices for their units. Mike came home and took some measurements. Then, he showed me his calculations for the size of the unit. All around great HVAC company. Used them for new installations and maintenance and have only had good experiences. Prompt response time no matter when you call. I’d also recommend their annual maintenance plan. Has come in really handy!
