“Carl is excellent. He is the only good left with Sears. He repaired my dishwasher. On another note, I’ve been waiting one year to have my refrigerator returned and replaced and they keep putting me off telling me they no longer have a contract with Costco and so on and on it goes where you wait on the line all day long to get nowhere. So my technician was wonderful but Sears is horrible. What a shame I’ve been contracted with them for 40 years!“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. It seems like customer service is a thing of the past these days, but the Superior team gives me hope. We had them out a couple years ago to replace the hot water tank with a tankless heater. They did a great job and we knew that we would hire them again. Our furnace was going on 20 years and instead of waiting for it to fail, we decided to have Superior come out again. Tony came out with Justin, Gavin, and Austin (you can call him Dave), and they did another great job for us. It’s so nice to be able to count on a local business. “We had Andre help us 7 years ago in an emergency when our water heater broke. He did not make us wait and had a new heater installed the same day. We called him recently and his excellent team came in less than 24 hours and helped us diagnose a problem, which happened to be with the main water line. Unfortunately for Andre, we have a protection agreement which would not cover the repair if we used a contractor outside of the agreement, so financially it did not make sense for us to pursue his services. He was completely professional and extremely helpful and honest even after he became aware we could not use him for the repair. He actually helped research a few things for us with respect to the service agreement. His team is knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely circle back to him if the need arises in the future.“
