Bruce immediately responds whenever I have called him and he is quickly available to investigate any plumbing problems. He is compassionate about any issues and takes the time to thoroughly explain issues and the proper solution for it. He seems very knowledgable. He hasn’t tried to up-charge me on any services. I recently purchased a place & out of nowhere water starting spraying out of our washer valve. Upon panicking I tried to get a hold of a few plumbing companies. All put me on hold & couldn’t offer me service for a week. I contacted proper plumbing & Bruce was nice enough to look at a picture & FaceTime me to help my situation. Going into detail & explaining how everything works. Also guiding me to provide a temporary solution. He was able to come by his next available time & he did awesome work! We needed plumbing completed for a new above ground pool. Bruce returned my call within 20 minutes and the job was completed within 24 hours. Bruce took his time to explain his work and educated me on how to best winterize my pool as well. Friendly, fairly priced and knowledgeable! We will be using Proper Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
