I’m a 70 year old woman, who has multiple health issues. In January I saw an advertisement for Health Summit and I requested a phone call. I received a call back shortly after my request, which lead to an appointment for a consultation! Treatments at the Health Summit has been life changing! From the treatments I have learned techniques to improve my physical capabilities and learned coping skills! Today I have learned three things from my treatment here at the Health Summit:
1. Body strengthening so I can be more active.
2. Ways to treat my pain through exercise and strengthening my body.
3. But most importantly, I learnto say I CAN DO IT, instead of I CAN’T DO IT!

Condition: I couldn’t sleep for over a month and couldn’t hold my head up straight
It took about 5 months for me to heal through therapy. I was okay for 2 months, then the pain came back
This time I was out for 2 and a half weeks and was working through the pain. I was afraid I was going to need surgery
Dr. Tom looked at my X-ray and the results showed that my neck was curved the opposite way that it should which was causing me so much pain.
Dr. Tom listened to my concerns but told me that there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
He told me about his rehab program and I was all in on trying it. I was willing to try anything before I considered surgery
Dr Tom advised to stick with the program for 3 months straight without missing. I started Sept 1, 2024 and did it everyday until the end of the year (so 4 months straight).
I don’t remember when I was pain free but I was able to do activities again, have a good nights sleep and best of all very minimal pain
I may feel some discomfort here and there but no where near what I originally encountered.
I haven’t stopped the exercises!
It’s February 2025 now, and I do the exercises every other day now (1 day on and 1 day off). Sometimes I’d do 2 days on and 1 off depending on the week.
But I continue the exercises mainly because of Dr Tom guidance (his recommendation) but also to keep the body and neck area loose.
I haven’t taken another X-ray so I can’t say if the curvature of the neck has improved, but I feel amazing.

Tania and her team of workers are outstanding! We had previously hired Majestic to do the vinyl siding and gutters on our house. Since the experience working with them was excellent, we hired them back this week to replace some of our windows and added a storm door which was top notch . My experience with this company goes over and beyond the call of duty with their communication and quality of work they produce. If I have anymore projects, Majestic would be my first and last choice.
I am a current student with sandy and she is so kind and understanding. I have anxiety and she always helps me work through it when I’m riding. She is so patent, and cares about the rider, riders family, more importantly she would do anything for her horses. She teach everyone from new riders to people who have been riding there whole life.

Anna is so an angelic wonderful human. I had Anna come to my hotel for my Post-op mommy makeover. I had two lymphatic drainage messages, Couldn't have been more comfortable and relaxed with her she was so gentle and patient of a saint. She took her time and was very dedicated I noticed a difference after my 2nd treatment I was able to move more. Anna even brought me a lymphatic tea to help me with my healing. She still checks in on me to see how i am feeling. i can't wait until my next massage with Anna I highly recommend and appreciate her. She is the best.

Colonial Animal Hospital was initially recommended to me for acupuncture after I decided to go a conservative route to treat my doxie’s IVDD. While my vet was not thrilled and so sure she would not recover without surgery, Dr. Vokral was onboard with trying acupuncture and was detailed in explaining it all. The staff there are all warm and welcoming and will not meet a better group to share in the little victories along the way. I’m happy to share that my girl does have a wobble walk down and would not trust anyone else with girl on this journey, as I’m sure it’s still some journey ahead. You will not find a better place and group to treat your pets.
