Kobe performed maintenance service on my Navien combi hot water heater/boiler today! He is a very knowledgable and polite employee and explained every aspect of the process. Also, a courtesy system check was performed on the new A/C sysyem they installed in July 2024. Kobe did a thirough job and was very efficient.
